1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to the Adhered2 public website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. They do not replace separately executed commercial agreements.
2. Adhered2 and Its Services
Adhered2 is a Minnesota-based automotive technology business presenting vehicle visualization, personalization, protection, and product merchandising experiences. The public website provides information and enables inquiries and demonstration requests. Descriptions and demonstrations are informational; availability and commercial service terms are addressed separately.
3. Permitted Website Use
You may use the public website for lawful informational purposes and genuine business inquiries. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use automated means to extract content in violation of applicable law or these Terms. Any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
4. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Technology
Adhered2 branding, Ownership Studio technology, software, visualizations, designs, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights belong to Adhered2 or the relevant owners and licensors. Except for ordinary website viewing or permission granted in writing or by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or reverse engineer protected materials. Access to this public website does not grant a commercial license to Ownership Studio or other Adhered2 technology.
5. Vehicle Visualization Accuracy
Vehicle visualizations are illustrative, not guarantees of an installed result. Vehicle colors, finishes, paint protection film (PPF) coverage, window tint, wheels, and other visualized enhancements may differ from actual products or installations. Display settings, lighting, vehicle specifications, materials, and installation conditions can affect appearance. Confirm fitment, specifications, coverage, legality, pricing, and installation expectations with the relevant provider before purchasing.
6. Third-Party Automotive Products, Brands, and Services
Third-party automotive products, vehicle brands, trademarks, and services remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and providers’ terms. A depiction or reference does not by itself establish endorsement, product availability, a warranty, or an active partnership. Product selection and installation should be confirmed with the relevant seller or installer.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its informational content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Adhered2 does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every website description or visualization is error-free. This does not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adhered2 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or reliance on its illustrative content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separately contracted services may have different liability provisions.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, and Adhered2 does not control independent third-party content. Review the relevant provider’s terms before using its services.
10. Changes to Website Content and Terms
Adhered2 may revise public website content and these Terms as its services or requirements change. Updated Terms will identify their effective date. Review the Terms when using the website. Changes do not alter an existing commercial agreement unless that agreement permits or the parties agree.
11. Separate Commercial Agreements
Platform subscriptions, commercial licenses, implementation, and business services for dealers, installers, manufacturers, and other partners are subject to separately agreed commercial terms. Public website access or a demo request does not itself grant commercial platform rights or establish a partnership. If a signed agreement governs a particular service, consult that agreement for its applicable terms and any order of precedence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections under applicable law.
